All forms are to be filled out and be returned to Gull Lake Sewer and Water Authority --  some require a fee be paid.

 The City of Kalamazoo operates and maintains the water system in Richland Township and Richland Village.

Permit: Send Form to gulllakesewer@glswa.org. 

An invoice will be mailed back you, then pay online (service fees apply) or pay cash/check in the office.
